Here is the step-by-step end of tenancy cleaning process that our team will undertake

We offer a top to bottom thorough property cleaning service

  • Kitchen Cleaning

    • Starting from the kitchen, focusing on all the appliances (oven, stovetop, range hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer (defrosted), washing machine, toaster, microwave, tumble dryer) which will be cleaned internally and externally.
    • We will deep clean all the cupboards (inside and out), including the handles.
    • Descaling and polishing the sink and taps.
    • Deep cleaning the floor.

  • Bathroom cleaning

    • Removing any limescale from tiles, cleaning mirrors and shelves, sanitising toilets and bathtub, dusting radiators / towel rails, deep cleaning the extractor fan and the floor.

  • Living room and bedroom cleaning:

    • Our cleaners pay attention to details: light switches and door handles will be cleaned.
    • Thorough dusting of all surfaces, removing cobwebs, cleaning picture frames and mirrors, window frames and inside sills
    • Vacuuming the carpets and mopping the floors.

Note: if someone is still living in the property or if there are any personal items left, we can’t perform an end of tenancy cleaning. In such a case, a deep domestic cleaning would be a better solution.

  • Running cold and hot water
  • Lights and electricity.
  • Parking space close to your home.
  • No personal belongings should be left inside the property.
  • Furniture can be present but bear in mind that the team will not move heavy furniture.
  • Fridge/freezer must be emptied and defrosted at least 24 hours prior to our cleaning team’s arrival.
